General Academics Rules
- All the students must conform in every respect to the rules of the college; violation of rules, misconduct, poor attendance, lack of satisfactory progress in studies will render a student liable to fine, rustication, explusion or any other disciplinary action taken by the Director shall be final.
- Students are expected to attend classes in theory & practicall regularly so that they do not fall short of the university requirement 75% minimum for appearing inthe end semester examination. Any other student falling short of attendance will not be allowed to appear in university examination.
- The internal assessment/sessional will be based on the continous evalution of the students throughm class test, mid semester tess, quizzes, seminar, home assignment and class work. Minimum three mid semester tests will be held during the semester, out of which the best two will be considered for awarding internal assessment marks.
- The students will have to obtain a minimum of 40% marks in the written theory and external practical examination seprately to the pass the subject.
- Students must have enrolled for NCC or NSS and should have attended the prescribed number of campus.projects as prescribed by the university.
- Students will not directly or indirectly indulge in ragging. The concerned students will have to prove their innocence in case of any reported incident of ragging failing to do so he or she will face expulsion from hostel and college.
Semester Registration
All the students will have to register themselves for new semester on date notified by college. Late registration up to duration of 25% of the semester duration for academic session wll be allowed to the students as per provisions mentioned below:
- The fee is to be deposited in accounts section on any day before registration.
- Registration will be allowed after due date by paying late registration fine as applicable.
- In case a student fails to register for his/her programme of study due to any reason, he/she must deposit the continuation fee as notified by University/College.
Hostel Rules
- Students are required to observe strict discipline in hostel. Any attempt to create disturbance/damge to hostel property /indecent behavior with fellow residents or mess staff/other employess/warden can lead to disciplinart action including expulsion from the hostel suspension/rustication form the college.
- The hosteller girls shal report to the warden at 7 pm every for attendance.
- No hosteller will perform any social activities in the hostel.
- The hosteller shall not keep excess xash and valuables with them in the hostel. In case of loss, college will not be responsible in any way.
- Hostellers wullnot be allowed to ho outside along with any person other than the guardian authorized by their parents.
- Ragging is a criminal offence. It is strictly prohibted in the campus.
- During the class hours no student is supposed to be in hostel.
- The hostellers shall be under an obligation to keep silence in the hostel.
Anti Ragging Committee
Anti Ragging committee is constituted in the college to strictly deal with any ragging activity. Student becoming a victim of ragging should immediately informthe conerned chairperson/warden as the case may besides contacting on helpline number given on website.
Students have to fill the affidavits on https://amanmovement.org/registration/public/amanmovement/raggingmain.html a online and submit the print out to the college authorities after putting their signature.
Ragging is banned by Hon'able Supreme Court of Republic of India. Anti-Ragging Committee is constituted in the campus to strictly deal with that.
